('DiggThis’)

twoPeas

After a week off during Thanksgiving, Justin and Chaz are back, and they have a lot to talk about. First off Chaz endured a zombie killing Thanksgiving, and the guys talk more experiences with Left 4 Dead 2.  Follow that up with some talk about Dragon Age, the movies they’ve been watching, and their top 10 (that’s right top 10!) movies from the last decade.  Chaz was really heartbroken that he forgot The Royal Tenenbaums.  Give us some feedback on your favorites from the decade!

I'm almost embarrassed to include a couple of these, because I know they aren't considered great "films", but in some cases I just have to go with movies that I'm wearing out on my DVD player, it's more honest that way!

    Fellowship of the Ring
    A History of Violence
    Serenity
    The Bourne Supremacy
    The 40 Year Old Virgin
Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World
    Slumdog Millionaire
    Kill Bill Vol. 1
    Open Range
    Mystic River

    Honorable Mentions:
District 9, Gone Baby Gone, Pan's Labyrinth, Iron Man, Training Day, I Love You Man, Let The Right One In, Y Tu Mamá También, Grand Torino, The Dark Knight, Easter Promises, The Orphanage, Who Killed The Electric Car, Star Trek, The Devil's Backbone.

Well this was tough but I spent all night tinking up my top 10, I tried not to use the 20 you guys picked but seriously, it would be imposible not to include some of them. ok so here goes.
    10. The Life Aquatic
    9. Superbad
    8. Lost in translation
    7. American Psyco
    6. V for Vendetta
    5. There will be blood
    4. Dawn of the dead
    3. Return of the King
    2. The Dark Knight
And the #1 is, I know not technically a movie but a Miniseries and I dont give a damn but it is the best piece of film making I've seen in 10 years or more, 1. Battlestar Galactica.

You ever see someone getting their ass kicked but instead of helping you wonder if they probably deserve that ass kicking?

Beat Bioshock 2 last night. The end wasn't what I expected. It was fun to revisit rapture though.
