Hammer you are almost right. What they should do is build the vault systems and only allow people in based on their worthiness to society. People like farmers, plumbers, electricians, engineers, doctors, surgeons, people who have something to offer. In a post apocalyptic world what good would a oil tycoon be? The funny thing is those rich bitches who could afford buy a ticket would probably expect the vault people to wait on them hand and foot like servants. The more money you have the more worthless you are.

In a post-apocalyptic world where everything is going to hell and 100 lb pieces of ice are raining from the sky where you need to get in a nuclear bunker, why would Vivos allow people who prepaid cash to go in their bunker. Think about it, if society is falling apart cash has no value. The only things with value are oil, food, etc.
